Women's World Cup 2023: Case Study - Call for participants

July 12, 2023 saw the publication of ‘Breaking Barriers: Assessing Women’s Sports, Betting, and Integrity Challenges’ - a landmark report exploring the correlation between the rise in women’s sport, betting and integrity. The findings indicate that the rise in women’s sport has seen a proportionate and exponential increase in both betting on women’s sport, and female sports bettors.

Ahead of future research, we would like to validate our initial findings by undertaking a case study on what is likely to be the biggest women’s sporting event in history - the Women’s World Cup 2023.

This will be a global study that includes both the regulated and unregulated market to understand the extent and popularity of betting and betting markets on the event by gender, geography and revenue as well as marketing and media coverage across the world. The aim is to highlight global trends and regional variations that can be used by operators, providers, regulators and industry associations to inform future strategy and research.

Participation is free and open to all sports betting operators, suppliers and providers around the world. All participants will receive a free copy of the report.

In keeping with international data privacy laws and regulations the study will require only anonymised data to be submitted.

Participants can register their interest here, or for further information contact us in confidence at info@allindiversityproject.com.
