We have said from the start that the All-Index® is about encouraging change and celebrating progress, and not a mechanism for naming or shaming, which is why we only disclose the names and previous positions of the top 5 organizations.

In the last All-Index® we provided information on an organization’s previous position to highlight progress, but have always been conscious that over time it would be relatively easy for someone to work out an organization’s current position by tracking their progress over previous years. Having made the point about progress, historic positions will no longer be included in the Leader board.
